This is not a 'go out and bag' Tim Noonan review, I just think people need to be made aware of the agents professionalism or lack there of. Tim came across from the get go as arrogant and this did not change throughout the sale of my property. Most of the time I was palmed off to his off-sider in Mark Keck, who is another review all together. But this is about Tim. Tim never showed any interest in wanting to know all the things that would help him make the sale on the property, and showed no care when I spoke to him getting feedback after an open or private inspection, the reason why, in my opinion, because there was no offer put forward and he just wanted a sale to fall into his lap. Tim was late to every open, both privates and advertised openings, and left my wife in many awkward positions of greeting the potential buyers while waiting for Tim's arrival. After 6 months and many inspections, with multiple potentials attending per open, and seeing several house in my estate selling around me, with other agents, showing me that the area was still very active and very sort after, and the price for my house was appealing, we finally got a potential buyer looking to move back to the Bendigo and surrounding areas on acreage. Tim nearly lost the sale. In the words of that potential buyer and now the current owner. "Because of his arrogance" "My wife didn't even want a second viewing because Tim rubbed her up the wrong way with his attitude" All in all, my experience was soured by the lack of Tim's drive, feedback, communication and overall care.

Excellent service very professional in every way

We found Tim to have a wealth of knowledge of property in our area. He also had a number of potential buyers he was able to approach to view our property independent of the marketing of our house. He was able to achieve a sale within our price range in a reasonable time. We were very happy with the process and the outcome.

Tim & Mark have been a pleasure to deal with. They were open and transparent through the entire process.

Tim was approachable and knowledgeable about current market trends. We dealt with Tim at the beginning of the sale process but mainly with Mark towards the end. Mark kept us up to date with what was going on and always returned calls promplty.

He responded to enquires not matter what time or day he was asked and made us comfortable with the buying and selling process. He demonstrated that he has a wealth of experience in the real estate business which in turn contributed to our success in the purchase of the property. Kristy was also very helpful and was most receptive when we did a property inspection. Thank you to all staff at Belle Property and would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

We both found Tim to be easy going and someone that would make things happen for his clients, both the vendor and the purchaser. Has a very comfortable way of making you feel you have known him for years. I would also like to give a shout out to Kristy, very polite and friendly. Also kept us in the loop for the final stages of our purchase.

Tim was simply amazing, he went over and above to help us find a home. Communication was amazing and he was transparent the whole way through to achieve a great outcome for all parties. Highly recommend Tim to anyone selling or to anyone looking to buy a home.
