The attention to detail in the appraisal of our property was conducted with three people calling and discussing with my wife and I the best plan in their collective opinion. Then, when working through the sale process their guidance was exceptional. The people that were recommended to us by Tim were timely in doing any required clean up tasks and gardening etc.
