Overall the we found our experience good: - the service was professional. - the agents had sound market knowledge. - communication with the purchaser could have been better. The purchaser could have been advised that entry to the property is not allowed without permission. Secondly we had hardwaste organised with the council and we should have to answer questions by the purchaser as to when it will be done, as settlement date has not passed.
