With the market on the downturn and interest rates going up it was difficult get buyers to commit to an expected number. Tim and the team still managed to get a significant number of buyers through the house and keep us informed all through out the process on the level of interest. We didn't get the price we wanted but it wasn't because of a lack of trying and in the end we received sound advice and got a price we could live with.
