There are few reasons why I would not recommend Tim Stickley and Barry Plant Noble Park. -The signed agreement included unlimited photos, Tim tried to change to a set number while the photographer was taking photos. -We were not advised Tim was taking annual leave soon after agreement was signed. -Buyer wasn’t contacted to arrange a final inspection, so the property was inspected on a Sunday, the day before settlement. -Records at their office showed settlement a day later than what it was; they asked me 3 days before settlement what date I thought it was.

His sales man - Ejaz Hussain - was very good. Tim didn't seem particularly interested in selling our home in Doveton (more interested in Noble Park area), but Ejaz got a good result.
