I had only four weeks to purchase a property as I live in Melbourne. I had done a lot of internet research before I arrived on the Gold Coast when I contacted Tim. I asked him to show me one house and he showed me several so I could compare what was available. He spent the afternoon showing me each one, which was great. He then let me go home to make a decision over Christmas. It was great that he didn't pressurize me into making a decision and let me do that in my own time. When I put in an offer he took it to the owner and I got a prompt answer.
