Very professional service in most aspects of our dealings, and did a great job to bring so many active bidders to the Auction. Perhaps misread our reasons/motivation for selling, but this may have been due to us keeping our cards close-to-the-chest. Certainly happy to achieve the result at Auction that we were expecting.
Tina was great. We were selling our house whilst based overseas and Tina oversaw everything that was required from repainting to measuring trees and staging the property for sale. Tina always responded to emails/texts and phone calls. She had no problems calling abroad and was always helpful. She explained the whole process in detail including why we should or shouldn't do certain things. e.g push out settlement, not accept pre auction offers etc. She valued the property pretty accurately and we even got a little bit more for it than we expected. We chose Tina due to her enthusiasm and her friendly manner. She was the only agent we spoke to that was genuinely enthusiastic about marketing our property, she provided lots of information to enable us to make decisions and really wanted the business. The other agents we did not select did not even contact us to ask why. Whilst the campaign was on she provided verbal and written reports that were very detailed and enabled to really gain a picture of the progress of the campaign. She advised us when we had pre auction offers but also advised us to not accept them. To me this shows that she is not in the business just to make a fast buck but to provide the best service she can to her customers. I would definitely recommend Tina if you are thinking of selling your property.

Tina was involved in every aspect of selling our family home. She helped organise all the finishing touches to make our house look its best. We did not even have to be there to let in the tradespeople and stylist as Tina took control of it all.
