We had retired for only a short time and were getting used to quite times when we thought we still have to sell the house in holder thinking there would be a bit of pressure and stress trying to sell a house that had been rented for a few years so we took the advice of a previous nabour mr.Rick Miller, Rick told me I could not go wrong if i went with Hayman Partners. I am so glad we took his advise, Tom took charge from the begining and seamed to have the proses in hand. I know Toms job was to keep the seller and the buyer happy and i think Tom did a perfect job at this. I would pass my experiance on to any one that was looking to sell or buy a property.
Tom was very polite and helpful whilst we were looking at the property we purchased. It was an easy process, and I think we were easy clients to deal with. The purchase process all went rather smoothly. It was after settlement that we felt a bit disappointed, Our settlement was late afternoon on a Monday, and as we both work we were unable to pick up the keys until the following day. We sent Tom a txt message to inform him that I would be at his office at a certain time to pick up the keys. On my arrival there, I told the receptionist (who was lovely) why I was there. She informed me that Tom was in his office, she called him to advise I was there to pick up the keys to our new home. Tom then informed her over the phone where he had left the keys which she handed to me. I was a little surprised and very disappointed that Tom could not come out of his office to say maybe thank you / congratulations or even shake my hand. I left the office feeling very deflated, that our purchase was unimportant. I'm sure he still received his commission.
I would highly recommend Tom - his knowledge, professionalism and continued support to achieve the sale of our property was above and beyond.
