Tom was very polite and helpful whilst we were looking at the property we purchased. It was an easy process, and I think we were easy clients to deal with. The purchase process all went rather smoothly. It was after settlement that we felt a bit disappointed, Our settlement was late afternoon on a Monday, and as we both work we were unable to pick up the keys until the following day. We sent Tom a txt message to inform him that I would be at his office at a certain time to pick up the keys. On my arrival there, I told the receptionist (who was lovely) why I was there. She informed me that Tom was in his office, she called him to advise I was there to pick up the keys to our new home. Tom then informed her over the phone where he had left the keys which she handed to me. I was a little surprised and very disappointed that Tom could not come out of his office to say maybe thank you / congratulations or even shake my hand. I left the office feeling very deflated, that our purchase was unimportant. I'm sure he still received his commission.

He know the Lyons market really well, gave great advice on what to do and what not to do to get the house ready for sale. Was alway polite and returned calls no matter how trivial the question was. Followed up with the buyers to get details from us to them. Handy person list was excellent, advice on when to sell was excellent and we reached a great sale price.
