Tom was real estate agent st auction. Kept in contact during the listing period without being pushy. Sellers needed to be advised of what clean and tidy state means as house was very dirty.

Hi Tom, I find it a little strange as a buyer to review the sellers' agent. I think if you were MY agent I'd be very happy with your work. You were personable, approachable and had a good understanding of the local housing market, and that the Parramatta Eels suck. Obviously as the buyer we had opposing agendas but I didn't have a problem dealing with you. My only advice would be that I didn't appreciate being asked "do it for me" when you wanted me to open the bidding. We both knew that wasn't in my best interests.
