I have never sold a house at auction before and to add to this I also live overseas - I expected it to be terrifying, complicated yet with the support of Tom it was fantastic in that it all went smoothly and was successful. Throughout the campaign he kept me informed and shared his knowledge of the market and the area to guide us in our decision making. He was in constant contact to update us on progress and once open homes started he provided regular updates on number of inspections, potential purchasers and re affirming our plan. Any questions I asked, information I requested, he responded promptly. It was as if I lived down the road and was seeing him. When I came to Melbourne Tom met providing an update and then plan for the following days auction, setting a market price and explaining the possible outcomes. At all times Tom was very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable which gave me confidence and comfort in the decisions I had to make. At the time of the auction Melbourne's weather turned to thunder storms - at no time did Tom's focus waver from myself, people still inspecting the house and the auction which the neighbours offered their shelter to him.
