Initially we had to hold off listing our property until our apartment was ready for occupation but Tom reached out and organised photos and other preliminaries so there would be no hold ups at the critical listing stage. When the purchase of our apartment was in place, Tom placed the listing and instantly had potential buyers lining up for an inspection of our property. The very next day Tom had drawn out numerous interested potential buyers for an inspection and had them vying to lodge offers to secure the property as well as doing a walk through video which was then forwarded onto 2 off site potential buyers from whom he had expressions of interest. Tom was great in notifying all the potential buyers of our settlement terms to rule out any possible issues and knew exactly our firm sale price which was realistic given the buoyant market conditions. The evening following listing, we had multiple contracts ABOVE our expectations. Nothing was too much of an issue for Tom regardless of the time - we felt respected and well consulted throughout the process. We also found Tom works with some of the best conveyancing solicitors in Hervey Bay which also made the entire process stress free. We first met Tom about 2 years ago when we were considering downsizing. From that first meeting we knew that we had met a truly professional real estate agent. The advice Tom gave us on how to best prepare our home for sale was invaluable. I admit I didn't quite take all of his advice regarding the amount of nic-nacs on display but I did reduce them drastically! This year we found the perfect "downsizing" home and called in four Real Estate agents including Tom to value our home.
