We couldn't recommend Tom highly enough. Tom is the epitome of customer service. We don't think Tom even knows the phrase "lip service" - he exudes natural charm and a genuine desire to please and do the absolute best for both the vendor and unbelievably, also the purchaser - in our experience this is very rare. As the purchaser we were blown away by Tom's insistence that if there were any further questions or requirements , we were not to hesitate to call him, and he made good on every one of our extra questions and requests. We couldn't be happier and would willingly recommend Tom to anyone, he has a big future in the industry as he is that rare individual he is actually genuine and who want the best outcome for everyone - not for himself.
