Recently bought a TH from Tom. Tom was very helpful throughout our journey. At the time we were considering two THs Tom was showing and cannot make a decision. Tom was very kind and offered us (with his team member Ben) multiple private inspections for both properties to help us, even outside working hours. He answered all our questions timely, and was very transparent and honst on the buyers' feedback and price expectations. We ended up deciding to make a prior-to-auction offer to the property we prefer. Tom negotiated with us with integrity and eventually helped both parties reach a price that both are happy with. He then did everything he could to help us secure the deal. Overall, highly recommend Tom!
