We put an offer in on a place without seeing the property, our offer was higher than all other offers and he asked us to come and see the place before the offer was presented, he met us at the property at 8.15 pm on a Saturday night for an inspection and we signed up on the spot. He has a great knowledge of the Balcatta area and the housing market. We left feeling like we’d known him forever. Super helpful with all aspects of the sale correspondence and requirements, he always called us to make sure we had no questions, just made our transition into our new home so easy.       Tom was very efficient and punctual from the first time I met him to write the offer all the way to settlement which we got through earlier than anticipated with his help.   His assistant Kylie and himself was constantly calling and updating me every day which was great as I was keep in the loop. He had set times and put a schedule together so we could follow the whole settlement t process this was very informative in every aspect. The recommended market price was within expectations and the final price exceeded that. He kept us up to date almost daily throughout the process and fixed any minor issues that occurred after inspection
