From our first phone inquiry, through inspections, negotiations and working very late on a Saturday night to close the deal right up to ensuring our final inspection; we have found her to be a true 5 star professional. Worst agent I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably dishonest in her dealings and no knowledge of the property she was actually selling. Everything that went wrong (and there was lots!!) was the fault of the marketing department. Does not take responsibility for her actions/ mistakes and as a result ended up costing me an additional $1,000 at settlement.
