Communication is always important and during the recent purchase of an apartment, Tommasina readily answered all my queries on the property. Where important information would only be known by the vendor, Tommasina gave a quick turnaround in providing a response. Throughout negotiations, concerns on the vendors side were communicated quickly to enable a fast resolution. From first-hand experience, not every Real Estate Agent communicates or acts as professional as Tommasina so on a couple of occasions I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos! Gaining access to inspect the property was never an issue at any time even after the contract had been signed with any additional access only a short phone call away.
