Toni was genuine and pleasant to deal with in the process of purchasing our first house. She was prompt and accommodating in organising our requests to view the property prior to purchasing and then in preparing the documents to make the offer as soon as possible. She also worked to arrange and provide access to the property at short notice so that we could complete the building inspection and proceed unconditionally, she also has shown to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase.
