My previous experiences with real estate agents hadn’t been great to say the least hence my expectations this time around weren’t vey high. Surprisingly, it turned out to be nothing but breezy. Tony took a proactive yet not overbearing approach right from the beginning. It didn’t take him long to grasp the gist of my situation and had taken all important factors into account and came up with a feasible and thought through startegy that he clearly must have taken quite a while to tailor to my needs. He was flexible to adjust the plan to cater for various factors as they were happening throughout the sale. I was initially not sure about his ambitious campaign bute sure enough the property sold within a week from the day of which it was advertised using diverse and comprehensive style (running first page newspaper and online adverts, a drone footage of the property and the surroundings, etc. Tony was on the conservative side and offered no unreasonable expectations for the outcome. It turned out that he was mostly right. Except that I got a fair bit more out of the deal that I hoped for! He was most professional, ethical, quick to respond communicator with friendly and straight down approach. Obviously, he was good at negotiations with several interested parties. Overall, I was most happy with his services and his use of his experience and people skills. I am happy to recommend Tony to anyone who wants quality, no nonsense sale or purchase of a property. 10/10

Tony exemplifies exceptional organization and profound expertise as a real estate professional. Moreover, I was impressed by the seamless contracting process he orchestrated, culminating in a signed contract shortly after the first open house. However, despite these successes, minor complications arose when dealing with the buyer's excessive and unreasonable demands, causing some stress for my wife and me. While it's understandable that predicting buyer behavior can be challenging, I suggest that in the future, it may be beneficial to gather insights into potential buyers' characteristics before presenting offers to vendors. This would enable more informed decisions regarding whether to accept offers or not especially when the potential buyer has already had an interaction with the real estate agency like in this case. Overall, Tony's professionalism and expertise are commendable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a real estate agent

Tony spent time understanding what we wanted, then clearly laid out sale expectations and a timeline that he could offer. The marketing and communication has been very professional. Although he didn't promise to have our property under contract before Christmas, he indicated it was realistic, laid out the steps he would do and worked to achieve that. He organised the initial marketing within 4 days and we accepted an offer we were happy with 2 days after that. The whole experience has been very smooth and painless.
