I cannot recommend Tony deGraaf and Bourkes Real Estate highly enough. As the executor who lives in regional WA of a complicated and protracted settlement of my mother’s estate I first came into contact with Tony in 2022 by phone when I asked him to do a drive by appraisal on an Estate property in Como. And then nearly 12 months later - when suddenly I was in a position to sell this properties - but on a very tight time schedule - I immediately contacted Tony again. He arranged an appointment that week in Perth where we met for the first time. From that moment he provided a focused, professional, supportive and efficient service which meant that it was sold and settled immediately.
