Whilst awaiting the settlement of our recently sold house at 25 Rubina Street, Merrylands, NSW, we would like to offer the following feedback on our outstanding real estate agent, Mr Tony Grgic. We contacted Tony to be our selling agent, on the recommendation of a very close personal friend, who assured us that Tony would really act on our behalf, and always with our best interests at heart. He said Tony would obtain the best possible price for us, and not just sell the property to the first person interested, just so that he could obtain a quick sales commission. On our first meeting, Tony went through his selling and marketing strategy with us, and explained his own particular technique of selling, which we must say, was quite different from other agent’s style, which we had experienced when we had sold previous houses. Throughout the short sales period, Tony always kept us ‘in the loop’, in that he explained the various ‘offers’, and also offered his own opinion as to the likely outcome of each; and so, we always felt he had our own best interest at heart. Tony always stressed he would get the best possible price for us, and so we felt well assured. Tony lived up to his expectations, and delivered a much better sales outcome than we could possibly have hoped for, and for this, we are extremely grateful. Well done Tony, and THANK YOU.
