I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents and extended family My parents commissioned Tony Levoli from Barry Plant Real Estate to sell there property in Glen Waverley. My parents being in there 80's are not electronic able so in today's day and age communication with out internet and emails was going to be hard. To the credit of Toni and his team they made this process very easy and made sure that they fully understood all the processes and strategies for selling in today's market. At no time did Tony give my parents false expectations of selling price. The selling type was to be an Auction, to the best of us a very nerve racking time but to 80 year olds it can be very confusing. On the day of the auction Tony and Freeman went beyond what was expected, making my parents, extended family and the prospective buyers very comfortable with the auction process. in the end Tony and Freeman obtained 15% higher than what was thought to be the selling price "WELL DONE GUYS" To summarizing I found Tony and his colleagues to be very respectful of all concerned. We as a family would not hesitate to recommend Tony to sell any property, may be even ice to Eskimos

I have sold a number of houses and each time I like to interview every agent in the area before I commit to one. I am very picky, about who I allow the privilege of selling my home.
