We were not happy with the overall handover condition of the house. We collected the keys from their office, to arrive to a lot of garbage which had been left outside our roller door. The house was barely cleaned, and has cobwebs throughout. The property was being rented out, so this should have been reported to the agent so that this could have been fixed as part of their tenancy, instead we are left to deal with it. After speaking with neighbours they had advised that the previous tenant was disgusting and had just dumped stuff outside and left it. We felt that we were always having to chase the agent for information, and that communication needs to be improved greatly. We had our mortgage broker contact us to advise the agent had said settlement date was being moved forward, even though no contact had been made with us (the buyers) to discuss this option. We feel that there could have been more care shown here. Overall we are not satisfied as the end result with the handover has left a bad impression. I would not recommend using Ray White Craigmore, especially for rentals considering what they feel is a satisfactory state for a house to be handed back in, they have shown us that they are only interested in the end transaction and not ensuring a high level of service and duty of care to the property.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend tony and the crew at ray white. We have used them twice now and both times have been challenging in different ways but with pleasing outcomes.
To review the sale he should have had the documents all ready earlier, so the conveyancing can finish earlier, as there was a delay in finding the final documents for settlement, told by my conveyance.
