Great communication. Noticed things about our home that other agents didn’t and very upbeat and ready to sell our house. Sold above our expectations and easy to work with. The buyer was asking for things outside of our contract though which was passed onto us if we were happy to comply. Would have been a bit less stressful had this not happened however I understand why the decision was placed on us. Overall happy and would recommend
