We’ve been reluctant to sell our home for a while because we were afraid that the agent we would deal with may lower the price of our home. However, we then found Tony and he was exceedingly professional and experienced. He helped us sell our house in a short period of time and kept it clean throughout inspections. Highly recommend him!!

Tony was very unprofessional right from the first instance. His knowledge of the property was not adequate. His description of the home was completely dishonest. For example, he claimed the home was built in 2011 which was incorrect. He also told us the ducted Ac system was fully replaced in 2017 which was a complete lie and the system was the original system since 2008. The solar system also does not work and has not worked for a long period of time although we were advised that this was working. During the process of purchasing the home his unprofessional attitude was very evident. For example, explaining that he always sells properties for more then they are worth. Quite unsettling comments when you are singing a contract on a home you are putting your life savings towards. He also was more interested in explaining how good his sales have been rather than listening to any questions we had during the contract singing process. In addition to the above, the home was also opened for inspection twice after we had signed a contract. We had pre approval and had advised Tony finance would not be an issue. The bank had also advised Tony that finance was no issue and no further inspections were needed. Against our wishes the horn was opened a further 2 times. Not only did we have a bad experience with Tony but the bank loan advisor also expressed their frustration dealing with unnecessary incoming phone calls from Tony. My partner and myself felt so incredibly uncomfortable during all conversations with Tony. We also felt that we were not taken seriously and have been left very dissatisfied with his experience. We hope that this review will be taken onboard and can be taken as constructive feedback.

Tony is an enthusiastic agent who communicated both clearly and promptly. He was able to provide realistic and accurate advice which gave me great comfort that my best interests were considered at all times. Great Agent.
