I had Tony put my two bedroom unit on the market in December. Despite the time of the year and the unit having an over 55 age restriction he quickly located a number of potential buyers. It sold within a few weeks and at a price considerably higher than that obtained by another agent for a similar unit next to mine. At all stages he kept me fully informed. His service was highly professional and I am a very satisfied seller.
