Entirely pleasant. Tony and his team went out of their way to explain processes and ensure that we understood all steps of the campaign. We observed him and his team at four auctions before ours and they were always friendly and welcoming even though we were there as observers. They remembered our names and ensured our son, part owner and living in Melbourne, was included in all forms of communication.
