We observed him and his team at four auctions before ours and they were always friendly and welcoming even though we were there as observers. They remembered our names and ensured our son, part owner and living in Melbourne, was included in all forms of communication. From the first time I met Tony I thought he would be a fantastic, honest agent. The property was jointly owned so the decision wasn't only mine. We held a interview meeting between Tony, my wife and daughter and I.
