Tony has been an incredibly easy agent to work with and I could not recommend him more. He is thorough, honest, reliable and discreet. He always told us to "just the process" and that we did and when it mattered he delivered. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and we valued the regular feedback and communication. I would not hesitate to use Tony again for the sale of any future property.

Tony and his team at Belle Property were very pleasant to deal with, they conducted a great sales campaign for us and got the result we needed.

We choose Tony as he was the only agent who believed our house was worth what we knew it to be worth. We didn’t want an agent who was happy to settle for a mediocre sales price, but instead wanted someone who was ready to create a sales campaign that capitalised on a bullish market, created momentum and an atmosphere of scarcity among the buyers. The result was a sales price that left us speechless. I highly recommend Tony.

Tony explained how the auction selling process would work if we followed a plan. Everything he said was true. Tony and his team delivered on everything that they promised. We are very happy with the result.

Tony showed relevant Market Knowledge and provided all aspects of options that i never knew and showed the experience along with dealing on 7 yonga. Tony experience was pleasant and honest and sincerelly Communicated not wha ti wanted to hear but various views and options on possibilities. Tony was direct same time honestly listened when required and took my perspective Professionally. Lets put it this way Tony did not enforce any decisions and gave me time to ponder over and decide which was effectively not long as Tony gave insight on the property and the market along with sincere parties that came in and out of property which was surprisingly in short few weeks around 100.

Tony is the complete professional. All aspects of our sale and interactions with him were to the highest standard. I would recommend Tony and his team to anyone looking to sell their property in the inner east Brisbane area (they clearly are the market leaders for this area). We got a great price and with terms and a timeframe that suited our families needs. If you are looking to sell and get the best price in the market and work with a genuine and professional agent - then you should call Tony.

Tony demonstrated a totally professional attitude in acting for the seller of the property we bought. Tony and his team were always extremely obliging with helping with out of hours inspections as Saturdays were not a good day for us to view the property. He also negotiated early access to the property so that we could move in prior to the settlement of our old property and the new one.

Tony was always professional in our dealings with him. His knowledge of the property market in the area of our choice was helpful and time saving to us. Tony was recommended to us by our daughter who he kept updated on properties of interest. After successfully acquiring the property, Tony continued to impress us by his courteous and friendly manner. We would be very happy to recommend him to anyone either buying or selling.

Very Good with the auction itself great judgment and guidance during the actual auction. All staff very helpful and professional.Very happy with the result acheived.

We met Tony whilst searching for a suitable property in the area and he came recommended though relations. We had some early discussions over a number of properties but also had some specific requirements. Tony and his team kept us in the loop over a number of months for properties that became available and may have suited us, but were never invasive or pushy. When we found a property, Tony was extremely attentive and responsive to us and helped us secure a great home. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his team when seeking a property in the Bulimba area.

Tony has sold a number of properties in the street, hence why I approached him to sell my home. He was easy to deal with, gave good advice and listened. He and his team are very professional and got the sale done swiftly and for expected price.

We’ve experienced some of the worst behaviours and lack of ethics with some so-called established agents in this area on the past and were hesitant to sell with anyone as a result. We are so glad we met with and had Tony and his team represent us in selling our property. He was refreshingly honest and maintained contact without sugar coating details, providing false narratives and remaining consistent and positive at all times. We cannot recommend Tony enough and will only be working with Tony and his team on our next venture.
