Tony is an exceptional performer - we would gladly use him again, and have no reservations recommending him to friends in the area. Its clear from the first moment you meet Tony, that he is no slouch and is willing to put in a lot of time and effort to get the result you need. I was recently in the market for a property that Tony was selling . Before that I was dealing with another agent for the same property which failed to sell. It was an extremely hard property to sell with the vendor expectations set at a very high level. A third agent tried to sell the property to me as well but gave up almost immediately due to the very high vendor expectations ! Over this period Tony did an exception job in marketing and eventually selling this property . I ended up not the buyer but was very impress with Tony's altitude and tenacity in never giving up. I was not at all surprised when he texted me saying he has an unconditional contract on this property a couple of weeks ago . Would highly recommend Tony to anyone selling and for me hopefully I can buy a house from him one day as we are still in the market.
