I was recently in the market for a property that Tony was selling . Before that I was dealing with another agent for the same property which failed to sell. It was an extremely hard property to sell with the vendor expectations set at a very high level. A third agent tried to sell the property to me as well but gave up almost immediately due to the very high vendor expectations ! Over this period Tony did an exception job in marketing and eventually selling this property . I ended up not the buyer but was very impress with Tony's altitude and tenacity in never giving up. I was not at all surprised when he texted me saying he has an unconditional contract on this property a couple of weeks ago . Would highly recommend Tony to anyone selling and for me hopefully I can buy a house from him one day as we are still in the market.
