I was recently in the market for a property that Tony was selling . Before that I was dealing with another agent for the same property which failed to sell. It was an extremely hard property to sell with the vendor expectations set at a very high level. A third agent tried to sell the property to me as well but gave up almost immediately due to the very high vendor expectations !
