Tony was very easy to deal and with as was more than happy to do things the way we wanted and listened to our needs and was empathetic to our situation. Tony was approachable, relaxed and completely knowledgeable of our house and area when it came time to sell, as well as a very informed (and accurate) knowledge of the price our house would be worth. Since we decided to sell by auction he provided a very clear outline of the plan for the whole campaign (including a clear guide on what to expect price wise!) and provided lots support and information to help gain the best price possible. We received an offer prior to auction and Tony did a wonderful job of facilitating the negotiation process. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using Tony and his team (thanks Katrina) again!

They helped assure us our low, mid and top expectations were realistic and explained how to get there, and what was required to "go right" to get the top result at auction. Their marketing and OFI conduct was inticing, polite and involving, and ultimately helped us present an attractive proposition for prospective buyers As it came to be, Tony and Katrina were terrific in facilitating selling our property before auction. This is as they indicated we were going to achieve our dream expectations prior to auction, and they were aware we were not interested in the stress and risk of now going to auction chasing a few more dollars. All in all, couldn't be happier. Tony and Katrina are as approachable as they come, with their interests and intent clearly on producing results for their vendors and realistic expectations and opportunities for the buying public.

I found Tony to be approachable and willing to listen to our ideas for our house and his feedback was helpful for presenting our house for inspection and sale. Extra feedback after the sale and some ideas for our downsizing needs would have been helpful.
I found Tony very easy to talk to, understanding and a quiet demeanour. He is definitely not the shiny suit with the gold tooth real-estate agent. I felt comfortable dealing with him even though it was a nervous time. Even though the result was lower than expected, I couldn't do anything further to change this. I like the way he was surrounded by a young team.
