We met Tracey about 7 months before we actually decided to put our home on the market. Tracey gave us the facts, knowledge and tips on how best to sell our home and left us with it...no phone calls pressuring us on a date or time to sell. When we called Tracey again she was ready to go at a moments notice. We listed on Wednesday and had a signed contract by Sunday night which was higher than our advertised price!!!
