Tracey began her real estate career in early 2013 and whilst relatively new to the Real Estate industry, she has extensive experience in property matters having practiced conveyancing in a local law firm for twenty (20) years and also recently the Centre Manager of Orana Mall Dubbo.
Tracey was born and raised in the Coonabarabran district and loves living in the country. She has three (3) lovely children and three (3) beautiful grandchildren. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on customer service and client satisfaction, Tracey brings a whole new dynamic to the Team at Redden Family Real Estate and is an invaluable, respected and loyal member of our team.
Tracey completed her Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and practiced as an unrestricted Licensed Conveyancer until 2013 and during this time she developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of property matters whether it be large scale property developments or one off sales and purchases and she also has extensive experience in Real Property Act, Strata Titles Act and Community Title Act subdivisions and retail leases. Tracey also enjoyed her time as Centre Manager of Orana Mall Dubbo, which is the largest shopping centre in the Central West, from 2016 to 2018, where she gained valuable marketing experience. Tracey thoroughly enjoyed her role at the Centre and was eager to utilise the experience gained through that role into the family business.
As Managing Director, Tracey ensures that all systems and procedures are optimised and for a business that shapes itself around customer service, this appointment is imperative.
From overseeing the business accounting functions, to making certain data systems are enabled and fully utilised, through to Tracey herself assisting in sales and administration functions, which is further evidence as to why our
service continues to exceed client’s expectations.
She takes pride in her work and has exceptional time management skills.
