I had a pleasant experience dealing with Tracy who was accommodating of my requests even at short notice and kept me informed regularly which was appreciated. Little or no background on the house, age, plans etc. Negotiating could have been better and in the end this was much easier through the solicitors; the downside was the state of the house on pick up of keys - dirty, truly terrible - this could have been managed better through the agent as duty of care.
