Trenton was the most helpful organised professional agent I have met. He did everything in his power to make it a smooth and less stressful process. We are extremely happy with him. He went above and beyond for Diego and I as this is our first home and we weren't sure about how to do everything we were able to contact trenton outside business hours which was very helpful. We are very thankful he was selling this property We couldn't ask for a better real estate agent to buy a house from.

Trenton and his team helped me sell my house in a very short time .He guided me through the procedure and options .His knowledge of market helped me achieve my target and beyond it . I strongly recommend Trenton Morissey .

Trenton comes highly recommended from us following the very successful sale of our property. We interviewed four agents and while all presented well, Trenton just had an extra factor that gave us confidence in his ability. His communication was fantastic and is one of his best attributes. We were kept up to date with every detail throughout the sale process and this meant we were relaxed and confident of a positive result. His attention to detail following each open home was above and beyond our expectations. This was refreshing and incredibly valuable. Another service we appreciated was the fact Trenton takes the time before and after an open home to ensure the property is looking it's best and to facilitate any early or late potential buyers. When we have purchased we saw the occasional agent arrive the minute the open home time slot starts and/or begin to pack up a couple of minutes before the time slot finishes. Although it is impossible to say definitively we believe Trenton achieved the best possible result we could have hoped for.

Trent was very helpful.and worked hard chasing up the sale

We met Trenton when purchasing our block of land in the new Macgregor and wanted him to be a part of our journey from start to finish. Trenton has assisted in making this transition a smooth one, with regular and concise communication and his knowledge of current market trends was exceptional. We can only but praise his professionalism and cannot thank him enough for his guidance and assurance every step of the way. Our sincere thanks Trenton.

Trenton was helpful and professional throughout the purchase process. In particular, though I was not formally his client he put much effort into keeping me informed of developments and providing useful advice and support. From these perspectives, I would be very happy to recommend him to others as an agent who was good to work with and efficient and effective. Having said that, there are a couple of things I was (and am) not happy about in relation to my purchase of the property. First, I found on the day of settlement (when it was too late to respond without derailing or delaying the whole deal) that a lot of unwelcome material had been left behind in and outside the garage/shed that I had been assured would be removed before settlement. This included old cans of paint, bits of corrugated iron, old fencing materials etc which are basically rubbish and should have been previously disposed of by the vendors. Second, as I have already mentioned to Trenton, I subsequently discovered on the far side of the shed that a considerable quantity of presumably engine oil had been dumped, presumably by a former resident. This produces a foul smell and I am concerned about the possible effects on the neighbours on that side. I should have been clearly informed of this issue. This could appropriately be referred to government environmental authorities for advice on the possible health and environmental implications and whether remediation is required and, if so, how this should be done. In both of these cases, I was deceived or at least not properly informed.

Trenton is always available, always able to provide advice based on his experiences within the industry, extremely helpful and sold my house quickly considering it was in a rural setting.

Trenton did a great job and highlighted that there are still some great agents out there after some mixed experiences I have had recently. I would have no hesitation in negotiating and buying again at the right price for the sale with Trenton.

Trenton from Morrissey Property was fantastic to deal with. My property was on the market within 10 days prior to first meeting with Trenton. Trenton gave me a realistic, Honest appraisal on my property, Which in fact was the exact price range I sold for. Trenton was great with following up and giving me updates along the way. Quick sale and settlement, Prompt negotiating between myself and the buyer. Could not be happier! Thanks so much Trenton, I will be recommending to all of my friends and family :)

We couldn't recommend a better agent! Trenton is exceptional at what he does. Trenton helped us sell our first home. From the moment we met him we were impressed by his genuine nature and understanding of the market. It was clear early on that he had our best interests in mind. Trenton is committed, honest, thorough, reliable, hard-working and super-experienced. His customer service is second to none. As we were new to the process Trenton explained all elements clearly and set expectations early. He was really accessible and super responsive. Even after Trenton sold our home (really quickly and at a price exceeding our expectations!) he helped us find a rental for when we build. We know from now on we will have a longstanding relationship with Trenton and his team! Working with him was so easy.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Trenton for the way he conducted the recent sale of our home and for achieving the result we were looking for. Overall it was a painless exercise from our perspective, with very little intrusion into our daily lives. Glen and I were extremely pleased with his communication, honesty and advice throughout the entire process. His focus on the end result was beyond question and his motivation and detailed reporting during the process, we have not experienced with any other agents . Right from our very first meeting he explained the sale process thoroughly and did not try to obtain our business by giving us an unreal expectation of what our property was worth in the current market. He also has a very thorough knowledge of the Canberra market.

I got Trenton to sell my property in Queanbeyan and although the market is down, he still managed to sell it. Trenton is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. I first got to know him when I bought my property in Bruce years ago. What I like about him is he was constantly giving me an update regardless there is any offer or not. He is very well connected and he works really hard to be able to find buyer for my property. Trenton has been really great to work with and I highly recommend him for anyone who would want to sell/buy a property.
