I recently bought my apartment through Trenton Morrissey. My offer had been dependent on my divorce money coming through; unfortunately there was a hiccouph and it took three months longer than my ex's divorce lawyer told me it would. The tenant had been offered an incentive to move out as I wanted vacant possession - not surprisingly, the seller, who now had a vacant apartment and possibly no buyer, was not a happy-camper. Yet Trenton managed to be 100% professional, patient and positive throughout the entire absurd saga. Even though Trenton was not acting on my behalf, I found him to be a rock solid source of information and assistance for me throughout the purchase while dealing with the less than satisfactory service from my own bank and the legal firm handling the conveyancing. He remained friendly and helpful when paperwork was lost or went missing, and I asked him "to send it to me again please".
