We cannot thank Trenton enough for helping us get in to our new home prior to Christmas. His professionalism and confidence really assisted us to feel confident with our purchase. We never felt pushed and he helped us every step of the way and answered every question (which there were many!!). He was recommended to us as a great agent and we have also now recommended him to family and friends. Thank you again Trenton!
I was referred to Trenton by a friend as I currently live interstate and needed a fast sale on my property in Belconnen. My biggest worry was that I would have to make several trips to Canberra to complete paperwork and liaise with tenants to provide the property for open house inspection amongst other things, but Trenton took care all of that including my worries. I was so happy and pleased with the planning and communication from abroad that I didn't have to leave Melbourne. Trenton provided all the correct paperwork for me to fill in by email, he liased with my tenant and the accomodation manager on my behalf, he organized photographs and marketing material for the property to stand out for the right demographic for the sale and was successful on completing Open House Inspection. Trenton always followed up with me by email/phone call to keep me up to date including feedback after the open house inspection. We only had one inspection before Trenton found a right candidate to buy my property. I was so surprised at the outcome as Trenton knew I needed to sell quick but with this tough market I always wanted the best price and Trenton made it happen. Within a month the property was SOLD! I was blown away by Trenton Morrissey professionalism and the service he provided was so efficient. He really took onboard my most important points and put it to plan. We worked well as a team. I highly recommend Trenton Morrissey if you are looking to buy or sell your property. His by far the best agent I've come across in Canberra.
Absolutely, exceptional, outstanding, never lost vision & objective re selling the house. Above excellent in communications during sale of house Never gave up on the sale Never, ever did Trenton mention to reduce the price of sale. Stayed very positive during the sale Really I do not have any other words to describe but to say Bloody wonderful agent and person
From the first time we met Trenton we knew he was the right agent. His passion shows and he delivers everything he says. He communicates very well and always keeps you informed of progress/ changes etc. He sold our parents house and now outs. Do yourself a favour and call him first.
We met Trenton at our first ever open house inspection and as a first timer he was very helpful and gave us heaps of knowledge about buying a house. We didn't buy that house but we were amazed he remembered us at the next house he was showing a few weeks later - it was our perfect house and Trenton was great throughout the whole process.
Selling our house with Trenton was a pleasure. From the first evaluation to settlement day and beyond, Trenton kept us informed of what was going on. Knowing where we were up to with the sale, really took the stress out of selling our family home. We would highly recommend Trenton to anyone :)
From a buyer’s perspective, Trenton provided an excellent service throughout. He facilitated a rapid and efficient bidding process on the house, and continued to provide support all the way to settlement. He was always courteous, made an effort to stay in touch, and was consistently helpful whenever we raised any questions or concerns about the property. We would recommend working with Trenton for either a buyer or a seller, as we think he delivered a good outcome for both sides.
Trenton has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end of the sales process for us. His genuine care, attention to detail, and professionalism are what set him apart in the Real Estate Industry. Our sales experience was smooth, his communications regular, with the information provided accurate and realistic. A really great outcome for us, we are very pleased we chose someone who went above and beyond. Next time we sell property, we will not consider using anyone other than Trenton! Thea and Paul
The wonderful information, feedback and care shown to us was above and beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Trenton to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. We were very interested in this property and I must say Trenton kept our wishes in mind when a previous sale did not come through and then we were able to purchase 7 Pinner Place. We will be forever grateful to Trenton.
Not only did Trenton sell our house in only 20 days but we made $50,000 over the asking price. Trent was professional and friendly but most importantly, honest and straight forward. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
From the moment I contacted Trenton in relation to a property he had listed, I realised that I was dealing with a whole different calibre of professionalism and service. From the moment we met, he listened, and never treated me with anything but friendly, courteous respect. He inherently understood I was buying a home, and not just a property… and in his industry, this is something that sets him so far apart from many agents I have dealt with through the years. The sale progressed smoothly. The communications between the managing agent (as there is tenants in residence) was timely, and continued after the sale to ensure all was in order. If word of mouth is the key to success, I will do nothing but sing praises to Morrissey Property for the stress less experience I had with the purchase of my new home.
Really friendly and always full of energy, Trenton is so passionate about his work. He is extremely professional at inspections, promptly follows up calls, and nails the little things to make the overall experience amazing. He even bought us flowers when we were going through a rough patch during the sale. Results-wise we got a great price, much better than what we were expecting. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to both buy or sell.
