My wife and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Trevor and all the team from O'Brien Real Estate in their professional manner with the selling of our property within the Golden Triangle Cheltenham. We found Trevor to be of great support when it came to having our first Auction. We would recommend O'Brien Real Estate.
My family and I highly recommend Trevor Bowen, as our ratings of him make clear. Trevor was true to his word in providing us with first-rate service throughout the sale process. His marketing advice was spot on, he kept us fully informed of his dealings with prospective buyers and he responded promptly to telephone calls and emails, often outside normal business hours. Trevor’s professional approach gave us confidence that he and O’Brien Real Estate were committed to achieving the best possible price for our family home. And on top of that, he’s a nice bloke!
We engaged Trevor Bowen as a realtor to sell our home in 'The golden Triangle' in Cheltenham. His tireless efforts and dedication resulted in a sell price $276000 above our reserve. Changing our lives forever. Trevor was available to is at anytime and guided us through the entire process. I could not speak more highly of Trevor and would, without any hesitation, recommend him to anybody wanting to sell their property. He is a leader and example to all in his field. We are eternally grateful to Trevor and beyond thankful that we chose him to lead us through this journey!! I highly recommend everyone do to the same! Thank you Trevor, you truly are a Golden Triangle Specialist!!!!
Trevor's local knowledge of Cheltenham, and in-particular the area known as the Golden Triangle, is invaluable and made a massive difference to the sale of our property. We couldn't recommend anyone more suited, whether your buying or selling a property in this area.
From the first call I had with Trevor I knew this is the bloke I want selling my house, given his expertise of the market and of the golden triangle area of cheltenham in particular. After all he lives in Swinden avenue. He has been absolutely tireless in his work for us,constantly giving me and my wife feedback, his enthusiasm for his work is unbelievable. There's no way we would have possibly got a better result with another agent.I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their house without hesitation.
Trevor represented us in a most professional manner. He was available around the clock to respond to any of our queries and certainly has an expert knowledge of ‘The Golden Triangle’ precinct in Cheltenham. We were very happy with our final outcome in which Trevor was a major aspect given his hard work and dedication to selling our property.
Trevor truly is the golden triangle specialist. He really does the best he can for you. We are very happy with the result he got for us & would definitely recommend him. Thanks heaps from the Abell family
We have found Trevor a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge of the local area in Cheltenham was excellent and he seemed to genuinely understand the challenges we had as interstate buyers. We are looking forward to our new life in the Golden Triangle and felt Trevor did everything he could to help us secure a property that meets our needs.
We have been looking to buy our new home since September last year and have spent nearly every Saturday of the last 4 months at open for inspections and/or auctions. We would visit on average 12 units/townhouses/houses each time and have experienced the disappointment of being unsuccessful at a number of auctions. By the time we met Trevor, we were exhausted by the whole process and well attuned to the tricks of real estate agents. We were unfamiliar with O'Brien Real Estate Mentone having inspected only two properties they had listed. We were however pleasantly surprised with Trevor’s approach. Trevor’s open and honest attitude throughout the process immediately made us feel comfortable. He took the time to understand our situation and seized the opportunity to let us know of all the perks of moving to Cheltenham. It was immediately evident Trevor’s knowledge of the area as he spoke about Cheltenham’s “Golden Triangle”, the kindergarten a few houses down the road, the 23 primary and secondary schools within a 5 kms radius of Cheltenham, the 15 minutes’ walk to Cheltenham train station, the number of parks just a stroll down the road and of course, Moorabbin DFO and Westfield Southland around the corner. What was even more impressive is how well Trevor is known within the Cheltenham community and how well respected he is. We inspected the property 3 times and on every occasion, there were always a handful of prospected buyers and/or neighbours known to Trevor. All our interactions with Trevor felt genuine where we felt he had our best interests at heart. His trusted advice was even requested during our negotiations with the vendor. Without a shadow of a doubt, Trevor was influential in helping us secure our new home. He made the entire process less stressful by ensuring we were kept informed along the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trevor and look forward to drawing into his knowledge and influence in community.
I was very happy with the service I received from Trevor and was always kept up to date with all facets of my property purchase
When I decided to sell my property in Cheltenham Victoria I spoke with several agents in the area but was very impressed with Trevor after our first meeting. His enthusiasm, commitment and communication skills were first-rate. Being a resident himself of the "Golden Triangle" his knowledge of the area and local services is extesive which I believe was a plus when talking with prospective purchasers. I got a great result on Auction Day because of all the work Trevor had put in throughout the campaign and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone thinking of selling their property. Thank you Trevor. Joan.
On behalf of our elderly mother, my siblings and I selected Trevor Bowen to auction our former family home in Mentone. We chose Trevor based on his sincere, approachable and straight-forward manner and a thorough and thoughtful marketing proposal, and we were not disappointed. Trevor worked extremely hard on our behalf in generating interest from developers and negotiating with interested parties. At the same time, Trevor always kept us fully informed - including after hours - and provided invaluable support that was crucial to our decision-making. The end result was a pre-auction sale that exceeded our expectations. - Tim and Mandy Fisher
