We have been looking to buy our new home since September last year and have spent nearly every Saturday of the last 4 months at open for inspections and/or auctions. We would visit on average 12 units/townhouses/houses each time and have experienced the disappointment of being unsuccessful at a number of auctions. All our interactions with Trevor felt genuine where we felt he had our best interests at heart. His trusted advice was even requested during our negotiations with the vendor. Without a shadow of a doubt, Trevor was influential in helping us secure our new home. He made the entire process less stressful by ensuring we were kept informed along the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trevor and look forward to drawing into his knowledge and influence in community.
