Trevor Hamilton is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Since moving to the coast we have bought one property and sold two properties via him and I wouldn’t trust anyone over him to sell real estate on my behalf. He is genuinely passionate about his work & helping his clients get the best outcome possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable, highly strategic and follows through on everything he says he will do. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Trevor Hamilton displays outstanding market knowledge. He takes the time to listen to your needs and goes the extra distance to match purchasers with the correct property. Nothing is ever a problem and he ensures he is always contactable and available when needed. Trevor's honesty is to be applauded. Having recently sold with Trevor, I cannot speak highly enough of his capabilities as an agent and the professionalism of the entire team at McGrath Terrigal.

Trevor Hamilton is best in class and I was so impressed with Trevor and his team. I have been in banking and finance for 27 years and this is the best service I have experienced

Trevor was very helpful and considerate, we recommend him.

I needed an agent I felt I could work with and that I could trust to be honest with me and prospective buyers. Trevor was just that. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I would fully recommend Trevor as a real estate agent. He was honest and diligent in all areas of the campaign. I had 100% faith in his abilities as an agent and his advice and expertise helped to achieve a great sale price. Highly personable and establishes a great rapport with both vendors and prospective purchasers. His communication skills are brilliant.

Trevor took us seriously from the start. We had been looking in the area for years and worked with him before. On both occasions we felt he had our interests clearly balanced with those of the vendor.

We have purchased and sold a few properties through Trevor and every time he has been the ultimate professional, not pushy and very trust worthy. His knowledge of the Wamberal area particularly the area that we purchased in is second to none. I would highly recommend Trevor’s services to anyone.

We were very impressed with Trevor's highly professional and realistic approach to selling our property. It was easy to establish a positive rapport with him with his down to earth approach which immediately gave us confidence that we would achieve a good outcome. Trevor was always very courteous, listened, communicated very effectively and went out of his way to ensure the sale was completed without any problems. Trevor was enthusiastically supported by Nick. We recommend Trevor and his team very highly and he would be our preferred agent In any other Central Coast transaction we might make. J and B H.

Trevor engaged with us in a way that made us feel confident in his and the companies skills. We were impressed and grateful for the commitment he gave to us during the sale of the property. He and his team tirelessly got the house ready for inspections each week. Once it had been sold, he offered to clear and organize some of the contents to be removed and given to various charities. This was done in his own time and with great enthusiasm. As clients who lived outside of the area we were very grateful for the extra time and effort given to us during the sale process. Trevor was also happy to drive a fair distance to give personal updates on the marketing and sales process; the time taken here was great and indicative to his attention to client service. Thank you Trevor!

Having dealt with a dozen different agents on the Central Coast, Trevor is a complete standout. His knowledge, diligence, communication and professionalism is second to none. He is personable and honest and will always deliver on what was agreed. His negotiation skills are also reflective through the consistent success he has achieved over the years. As much as it would be beneficial to keep Trevor our little secret, i know how stressful selling your home can be, and wish anyone that goes through this process a trouble free, positive experience. Trevor and the Mcgrath team are definitely the only group you want to be working with when it comes to looking after your biggest and most precious asset.

We have purchased and sold a number of houses through Trevor. From beginning to end, Trevor goes above and beyond any time of day. Trevor is our agent of choice and look forward to dealings in the future.
