We felt that Trevor was very upbeat about the price that our house will fetch before the signing of the Agency Agreement. No doubt that he had very clearly told us that because our house is not in the catchment for Cherrybrook Technology High, we cannot compare it with houses in their catchment area. We felt that post signing of the agreement push was there for a quick sell. However, we did stick to roughly our original price expectation and Trevor did deliver.
