OMG what can I say about Trish when it comes to looking after her sellers she really listens and is able to give them the best of her.Trish was able to sell my rental with the tenants still able to stay on. This was one of the things i asked and Trish was able to accommodate this and still sold the house before she had time to put it on the market and got more than what i was asking. I would definitely suggest Trish to anyone I know who might be sell as I know she would look after them

Trish helped us buy our dream home. Through the entire experience she kept us and the seller updated on the process of the sale and put us in contact with some good people to help us with the buying process. During the buy we had some issues with our bank that set us back a couple of days, Trish was understanding and communicated with the seller to get us across the line.
