First of all, many agents were chasing me to sell my home, including Tamika from Ray White Burleigh Heads and I told about 6 of them that I wanted to buy my new home first. I promised all of them that the person who found me my new home could sell my present home. Tamika was the most persistent and one of the few who searched for what I wanted rather than push places I didn't want. Viewed a number of places with Tamika, more than all the others combined. She succeeded and I signed with her. I thought the 2.5% commission was a bit high but signed for that on condition that she got me the amount that EVERYONE had been talking about. It took some time but eventually we got the price expected and she got her 2.5%, which was well deserved. I refused to drop my price and Tamika wove her magic and was successful and I wish her all success for the future.
