I would like to take my hat off to Troy who achieved a remarkable result under extremely difficult circumstances. The property was poorly presented and had a group of tenants in the property. He was able to manage the situation extremely well and deliver beyond our sale price expectations. I would recommend Troy for any sale in the area.
We found a property and flew to the Gold Coast 3 days later. Troy was very accommodating of our lightening visit and had everything we required ready. The property was purchased on that visit and being an 'off the plan' purchase still under construction, Troy has always been very quick to assist with our many enquiries regarding the process.
