The Real estate agent actually has 2 customers - the buyer and the seller. Difficult balance but easily managed by Tulo on account of his humility and style. His continuous communication and guidance along the way was most comforting. Always felt that Tulo had the sale process well under control with a good result for me the seller and obviously the buyer.
