I first met Tyler Wagstaffe on Friday 28th September when he came to our house in Redland Bay, to discuss the sale of our unit in Tugun. His initial thoughts were to advertise the property on RealEstate.com website, as well as the Harcourts website with offers over $299k. Tyler met with our current tenant about the sale and he organised the first open home weekend for Saturday 13.10.19, with our first offer of $285k. Unfortunately, this contract was terminated on 07.11.19, due to the finance failing because of the condition of the building etc. Tyler was kind enough to do a Body corporate search for us on 19.11.18. Our next offer was on 22.11.18 of Purchase Price: $250k. On 23.11.18 we sent a letter to the body corporate to try to find out what they were doing about the conditions of the external building and underpinning etc, to which we have never received a response. The 2nd contract of sale was then also terminated 05.12.18. Our latest offer 8.01.19 was for $232k. Which finally settled 15.03.19. Throughout this whole period of time, from September 2018 through until March 2019 Tyler was always very positive and thorough in his approach to assist with the sale of our property. He dealt honestly with intending buyers about the conditions of the building and the body corporate functions. We are grateful for the assistance we received from Tyler throughout this property sale and would happily recommend him to family and friends.
