Whilst we were not familiar with Vameq and Harcourts team in the early stages, in the end overall we were happy with how he kept us updated with regular communication on the stages leading up to and on auction day so that there were no surprises. Whilst it was hard to put a price estimate on the property going up for auction and also having a granny flat, we were very pleased with winning the aucton and price was in the ball park of our expectations, especially with all things considered in the current market.
