Vanessa was very proactive in achieving a sale on both of our units. Communicated well throughout the process and was always advising what the next step was.

Vanessa made buying my first home effortlessly and a great experience. Would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone in the market.

This is the second house Vanessa has sold for us. We find Vanessa very professional and approachable and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

Vanessa was amazing, I would recommend her to everyone, she is easy to get on with and extremely helpful, can't recommend her highly enough

Vanessa is professional, knowledgeable and honest - what more could you want in an agent? We achieved a sale price much higher than we expected in just a couple of weeks of being on the market. Vanessa kept us informed along the way and handled correspondence between both parties amazingly. I recommend Vanessa to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Very friendly easy to talk to and helpful

Couldn't have chosen a better agent. Type of property and price limited market. Vanessa's confidence never waned taking the necessary actions to ensure success. Personality, professionalism and knowledge gave us complete confidence.

Very informative and accurate information. Easy to work with and response time is quick

We found Vanessa a great agent and a lovely person to deal with, within 5 minutes she felt like a close friend and have been fantastic to deal with at all stages of the process. She did everything that was asked of her and everything she said she would. Vanessa made the experience of purchasing our new home an easy, pleasant and exciting time, as it should be for all. We could not thank Vanessa enough and plan on keeping in touch in the future. Regards Tim & Ness.

Vanessa is the type of agent you are looking for when selling your property. In my case Vanessa arranged everything. From informing the tenants that were renting my property that l was putting the house on the market. Arranging for prospective buyers to view the property. photos, recommending solicitor and most of all helped the tenants find a new rentable property. The property sold within a week of being viewed at a price higher that expected. you cant ask for more.
