I had a very easy transaction with Vanessa. I've purchased a property from interstate, and she was a wealth of information regarding the property, supplied every bit of assistance I could ask for, negotiated the purchase in a timely fashion. No problem at all, would be very happy to use her services again.

lovely to work with :)

Vanessa has sold 2 houses for me now and I have no hesitation in recommending her friendly and very professional service to others. She works quickly and effectively with excellent communication skills and knowledge of the industry. I will certainly use her for my next sale and have recommended her to my friends.

Thank you Vanessa for your wonderful service on my recent property purchase. It was a pleasure having you as my agent. You have made the purhase run smoothly. We can't thank you enough for everything.

This was our first purchase and Vanessa made the transition for us a very smooth and welcoming experience. She was so genuinely kind and really seemed to care about us as a family and securing a property that was right for us. In no way did we feel pressured by her for a sale, she was always happy to respond to any questions and queries beyond her usual working hours. She even surprised us with thoughtful welcome gifts on our arrival in our new home.

Vanessa has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family. She did a fabulous job selling my home and making the process easy. Vanessa knows the market well and was always a phone call away, she is an honest Real Estate Agent. Vanessa is an agent with wings.

Vanessa was friendly and helpful. Our previous sales person was unable to mange the tenants, and caused a lot of conflict. Vanessa was professional and sensitive to the culture of the tenants for whom we were able to secure a lease and continue their lifestyle. Vanessa went above what was expected and the sale was without a hiccup. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling with tenants. She proved her ability to communicate and her ability to build bridges with the buyers. Well done Vanessa.

Vanessa showed professionalism in all aspects of dealing us and this sale. I would highly recommend Vanessa and Carolans First National in the selling of any property. Thank you again Vanessa for a job well done!

Dealing with Vanessa was a pleasure she did what she said she was going to do and always kept us informed as to what was happening , Would recommend her to anyone.

Vanessa went above and beyond for the sale of our beautiful home on the Sunshine Coast, nothing was too much trouble for her. We were situated in Victoria for the duration of the selling period, Vanessa organised everything to perfection always, Vanessa was extremely professional and friendly at all times and very thorough with all communication throughout the selling period. We would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Vanessa has been great to deal with. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We understand that she is working for the seller but we did not feel that she was making anything difficult. On the contrary she was very accommodating to our tight schedules as we were flying interstate to see the properties in her area. Even more after closing she has been always contactable to help us find information about certain things of the house and to give us recommendations about local tradies. We recommend Vanessa as an agent. She is an asset for a seller.
