Vanessa sold my property and made the whole process look easy, it really was smooth sailing from start to finish. I would certainly recommend Vanessa to anyone wishing to sell or buy in the future.

Vanessa has once again exceeded our expectations! As an agent Vanessa instills trust and confidence which makes working with her a pleasurable experience, free of the usual stress associated with property sales. She has an uncanny ability to match people with properties, and leave both buyers and sellers happy with the outcome. Vanessa is friendly but still professional, and produces exceptional results without any fuss or nonsense. I would never hesitate to recommend Vanessa as the best Real Estate Agent we know!!

Vanessa was great both in my buying and selling. I would have liked to get closer to my buying price.

I would highly recommend Vanessa if you are looking to sell or purchase real estate. Vanessa was easy to work with and got me the results I wanted in a short amount of time. I will definately be calling on Vanessa for my next purchase.

Vanessa was very good at explaining all the details of the process of purchasing a new home.

Vanessa Brunton was always considerate and helpful during our time with her, and prompt in relaying information relating to the sale of our property. We appreciate her assistance.

The purchase of our new property in Mapleton was fairly complicated as it involved several sets of settlements on the same day. We found the purchase, through Vanessa to be completely stress free and She certainly looked after our concerns during the purchase negotiations whilst, obviously, keeping good faith with her clients. We have no hesitation in recommending Vanessa to any future Purchasers or Sellers. Peter & Jan Kerr

Vanessa was a superstar from the moment we first communicated - she is honest, upfront and realistic and followed through on every promise made. Her knowledge of the local market and buying trends meant that she was able to offer sound advice on asking price and sale strategy. Vanessa sold our house within 48 hours of listing with her and she got our full dream price! I will use Vanessa as our agent the next time we sell a property and recommend her to everyone!

Great agent to work with

Vanessa provided me with a hassle free purchase of my property. Her efficiency was like spreading warm butter on toast as everything went so smoothly for the sale. But it didn't stop there. Vanessa displayed high skills in communication between both parties, assisting and providing positive outcomes. I can highly recommend Vanessa as a preferred agent. Why go elsewhere !!!

We were very impressed with how professional Vanessa was from our initial conversations through to the final sale. She presented the best marketing plan that suited our property including professional photography package and a great portfolio which we recommend to anyone else selling as it defiantly helped attract buyers. Vanessa's communication was outstanding informing us every step of the way. Even after the house was under contract Vanessa followed through with each of the contractual steps to ensure a smooth transition. We wish to thank Vanessa for selling our property ( when other agents could not ) and she will be our first contact if we buy or sell in the future.

Vanessa is a very friendly and knowledgeable, professional agent. I would not hesitate to ask her in future to help us buy or sell property. I would encourage you meet with Vanessa to discuss your buy/sell needs and know she would do her utmost to listen and help you with your requirements.
