Recently my sister and I had to prepare our Mum’s unit for sale after her passing. We were so blessed to have had Vanessa Naso as our real estate agent. A What’sApp group was set up. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly. When Vanessa suggested we paint the unit and engage a staging person, we did. Even though it was a bit expensive at the time, it was worth it in the end with a very successful sale after only a few home opens. It was the right thing to do. Vanessa displayed strong negotation skills and was careful to follow up each person who displayed an interest. There were regular phonecalls to give latest developments. Vanessa was amazing throughout the whole process of selling my grandmothers unit. It was a complex, lengthy deceased estate listing but Vanessa was communicative and helpful throughout. She worked with the 3 vendors to achieve an outstanding sale price, and ensured the settlement was completed extremely quickly.
